Replacement Policy:
Only replacements are offered for defective or damaged items — for the same part number.

Share your order ID, product photo, and issue description.

Our team will verify and arrange pickup or replacement.


Non-Returnable Items: Electrical items (sensors, switches) once installed cannot be returned.

Refunds: In rare cases of unavailability, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
